IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has won a Rs 327 crore contract from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL). The contract involves construction of elevated structures (via duct) measuring 3.95 km from Mysore road station dead-end to Pattangere station including four elevated metro station. The four stations are -- Nayandahalli, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Janabharathi and Pattangere -- in the west extension of E-W Corridor of Bangalore Metro Rail Project, Phase 2. The project is to be completed in 27 months from the date of issue of letter of acceptance.
