IL&FS Transportation Networks has received Committee of Directors’ approval for allotment of 2,250 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs 225 crore on a private placement basis on April 27, 2015.
The company had earlier issued 21,300 Debentures of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs 2,130 crore. With the aforesaid allotment, the company has as of date issued and allotted 23,550 Debentures of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 2,355 crore.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
