Shree Renuka Sugars has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2011.

The company has posted a fall of 4.28% in its net profit to Rs 29.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 30.40 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has decreased by 37.25% to Rs 697.50 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1111.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a surge of 417.92% in its net profit after minority interest at Rs 343.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 66.40 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has decreased by 9.26% at Rs 2068.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2259.60 crore year ago.
