Avanti Feeds has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2015, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 27.50 ps per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid, for the financial year 2014-15,decided to hold the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 08, 2015 and decided that on approval of the declaration of dividend by the Members at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 08, 2015, the Dividend Warrants will be dispatched to the Members on or before August 23, 2015.
