In view of the above Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 25, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s equity shares by the designated employees and their dependent family members of the Company will remain closed from May 11, 2015 to May 26, 2015 in compliance with the provisions of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
