Sphere Global Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2015, has approved the issue of 10,00,000 warrants to Promoters/ Promoter Group and Non-promoters, subject to the approval of members and necessary regulatory authorities. The warrants will be convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10 each and will be issued at a price not lower than the price specified in Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and on such further terms and conditions specified in the said guidelines; and appointed AGR Reddy & Co., Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for the Company.
