Surana Telecom and Power has acquired 51% of equity shares of Tejas India Solar Energy and has completed the acquisition. Earlier, the board of directors at their meeting held on March 27, 2015 had proposed to invest up to 51% of equity shares in Tejas India Solar Energy.
Surana Telecom and Power currently operates in two main business segments & Power Sector. In its list of products it has Jelly Filled Telephone Cables, Optical Fiber Cables, Assembly of CDMA Mobile handsets Fixed wireless Telephones, Power Cables.
