ETT has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares will remain closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2015 till June 01, 2015, inclusive of both dates. The Trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from June 02, 2015.
