Man Infraconstruction replied stating 'As informed earlier, the Company routinely explores various possibilities with various business partners to develop a various properties in Mumbai. However no agreement of any nature whatsoever has been reached between our Company and Dilip Sanghvi till now concerning any real estate project.'
