GIPCL rises on commissioning first two Wind Turbine Generators in Gujarat

GIPCL is currently trading at Rs. 85.50, up by 1.05 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 84.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 84.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 86.00 and Rs. 84.60 respectively. So far 3,324 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 106.40 on 01-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 77.35 on 26-Aug-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 86.00 and Rs. 82.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,293.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.21% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.27% and 14.52% respectively.

Gujarat Industries Power Company’s (GIPCL) first two nos. of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) each of 1.5 MW, out of 51 MW Wind Power Project (34X1.5 MW), have been successfully commissioned by the company at Amreli district in state of Gujarat. Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) has issued Certificate of Commissioning dated May 19, 2015.
