Cresta Fund has bought 2 lakh shares of Bhandari Hosiery Exports through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 45.10 valuing the transaction to Rs 90.20 lakh. On the other hand, Shreyas Dinesh Sharma has sold 1.84 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 45.04 through open market route.
Bhandari Hosiery Exports is engaged primarily in manufacturing and exporting of knitted hosiery garments such as t-shirts, pullovers, sweat shirts, bermudas, polo shirts, track suits, pyjamas, lowers, ladies knitted tops with embroidery, prints etc. It has presence across 17 countries which include markets like USA, Canada, UK and the European Union.
