In a monsoon bonanza offer, Punjab National Bank (PNB) is giving full waiver of upfront or processing fees and documentation charges on all housing and car loans sanctioned between June 1 and December 31. The bank is already offering full waiver in processing charges on education loans for studies in India.
Recently, Punjab National Bank reduced its base rate from 10.25% to 10%. PNB is offering housing loan at base rate irrespective of any amount.
