NHPC has informed that the Ministry of Power vide its Letter dated May 26, 2015 has appointed Jayant Kumar to the post of Director (Finance) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post till the date of superannuation i.e. February 28, 2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015 shall consider his appointment as an additional director.
