Shalimar Wires Industries has received its board's approval for issuance of Zero Coupon Convertible Debentures (ZCCD) of Rs 100 each amounting to Rs 1.65 crore to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) (ARCIL) in terms of Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by BIFR and on such other terms and conditions as applicable. The Chairman & Managing Director was authorized to finalize such terms and conditions with ARCIL.
