01 Jun 2015 Evaluate

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries has discontinued the production facilities at its Bahadurgarh Unit and is in the process of shifting the useful machineries from Bahadurgarh Unit to Keshwana Unit in gradual manner.

The coated paper industry was facing heavy unhealthy competition from the imported products. This resulted in reduction of the prices of coated paper and heavy reduction in sales of the product manufactured by company’s Bahadurgarh Unit. Due to this reason the production of the unit was decreased day by day and made the unit unviable. In addition to this labour strike in the unit further resulted in increased losses of Bahadurgarh unit of the company.

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries belongs to Pasari Group, a well known name in Manufacturing, Marketing & Trading of paper in India. The company has two units - Coating unit at Bahadurgarh, Haryana and Paper unit at Kotputli, Rajasthan.
