Jagson Airlines has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 02, 2015, have re-constituted the Audit Committee of the Company which will comprise of Bhuvi Kant, Independent Director, Ravinder Kaur Hora, Director, and Sardar Singh Mudgal, Independent Director of the Company. The Board of Directors have also re-appointed Bhuvi Kant as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Under the same Chairmanship the Audit Committee shall also function as the Vigilance Committee of the Company.
