New Delhi Television (NDTV) has completed the liquidation of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) ‘NDTV (Mauritius) Multimedia’. The company on June 03, 2015, received a confirmation that all the necessary formalities for liquidation have been completed and the said entity stands liquidated.
NDTV operates as a television media company in India and internationally. Its channels offer news and current affairs, lifestyle, entertainment, and youth programs, as well as family and realty shows, chat shows, and period dramas.
