The company has settled with the Bondholders for payment of the dues, in full, of the outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) subject to the terms and conditions of the Consent Terms which have been signed by the Company with the bondholders, the Trustee and simultaneously filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh on June 03, 2015.
