The Exchange had sought clarification from Jindal Steel & Power with respect to news article appearing in The Financial Express on June 5, 2015 titled ‘JSPL Africa arm to build $400-m power plant in Mozambique’. Jindal Steel & Power replied stating that please be informed that it is in a very preliminary stage and the discussions have been held with the Government of Mozambique for setting up of a 150 Mw thermal power plant. Nothing has been finalised in this regard so far.
