Cera Sanitaryware has received an approval for entering into Joint Venture (JV) for manufacturing of sanitaryware and/or tiles. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 11, 2015 has approved for the same.
The board also decided that in order to further evaluate the matter with more details, to carry out feasibility studies of the JV and authorized the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director to take necessary action in the matter.
Cera Sanitaryware has emerged as the third largest player in the sanitary ware industry in India. The company enjoys 24% market share in the organized segment.
