Apollo India Private Equity II (Mauritius) has sold 4.40% stake in Dish TV for Rs 486 crore. It sold 46.91 million shares at an average price of Rs 103.65 a share on the Bombay Stock Echange (BSE). On the other hand, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius has picked 2.43% stake in Dish TV for Rs 269 crore. It has bought 25.99 million shares at a price of Rs 103.65.
Dish TV posted a standalone net profit of Rs 1.01 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015 as compared to net loss of Rs 154.21 crore in FY14. Total Income increased from Rs 2,575 crore the previous fiscal to Rs 2,836.32 crore in FY15.
