Reliance Wealth Management has purchased 1% stake in Nitin Spinners for Rs 3.35 crore. It bought 0.46 million shares at a price of Rs 73.04 a share on the National Stock Echange (NSE).
Nitin Spinners is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and cotton knitted fabrics used in the hosiery segment.
