IL&FS Transportation Networks has emerged as the Lowest Bidder for 4-laning of Fagne - Gujarat/Maharashtra Border (Package-III) section of NH-6 in the State of Maharashtra. The company had quoted a grant of Rs 245.14 crore for the project.
The company had earlier submitted a bid with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project from km. 510.000 to km. 650.794 on BOT (TOLL) basis on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase-IV. The concession for the project will be 19 years including construction period of 910 days and the estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,885.74 crore.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
