Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed from June 29,2015 to July 05,2015 for Directors and Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on July 06, 2015.
