CMI trades jubilantly on bagging order worth Rs 24.65 crore from BPCL

CMI is currently trading at Rs. 111.70, up by 5.90 points or 5.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 112.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 112.00 and Rs. 105.00 respectively. So far 234737 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 126.50 on 09-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 34.00 on 30-Jun-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.00 and Rs. 104.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 128.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.87% and 56.39% respectively.

CMI has received order for supply of Fire Alarm and Plant Communication cable on June 29, 2015 for total value of Rs 24.65 crore from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) for integrated refinery expansion project at Kochi refinery, as per inspection and testing by Engineers India. The company will complete the execution of the order by November 24, 2015.

CMI diversified its activities by setting up facilities for the manufacture of Dry Core Telecommunication Cables.
