Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has added a new project off Kankapura Road, in South Bengaluru to its development portfolio. The developer in partnership with the APG anchored investment platform has entered into an agreement to sell with the vendor for a land parcel measuring approximately 18 acres.
The SPV ‘Godrej Home Constructions’ will be developing a mid-income residential housing project. This project is strategically located off Kanakpura Road with reputed educational institutions, planned retail malls and proposed Metro station in close proximity.
This is the third project signed by GPL in Bengaluru during 2015 and fourth project through the APG anchored investment platform on Pan India basis.
