Vakrangee trades jubilantly on FIIs buying

Vakrangee is currently trading at Rs. 131.85, up by 12.80 points or 10.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 119.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 123.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 135.40 and Rs. 123.00 respectively. So far 1097748 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 154.00 on 01-Dec-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 86.55 on 03-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 135.40 and Rs. 109.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6675.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.71% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.27% and 48.02% respectively.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have hiked their stake in Vakrangee by two percentage points in April-June 2015 quarter. The total FIIs holding in the company increased to 5.32% in the June quarter against 3.33% at the end of March 2015 quarter.

FIIs bought an additional 10.08 million equity shares during the recently concluded quarter. Janus Overseas Fund had bought 1.52% stake in Vakrangee during April-June quarter. The fund by Janus Capital Group had nil holding at the end of March quarter.
