About Vakrangee Ltd

Vakrangee software was incorporated in 1990 with a mission to excel in every given task, vision to deliver value added services and become visible in the global business world. The company scaled formidable heights and became a force to reckon with in E-Governance sector in a very short span of time.

The company is one of the few leading E-Governance service provider in India equipped with cutting edge infrastructure, highly experienced professionals, investment and technological breakthrough on a continual basis in order to maintain time bound completion of critical projects. 

It has proven track record in handling manuscripts of around 75 thousand polling booths of Maharashtra Voters Database of the village Panchayats in the biggest state of India -- Uttar Pradesh – which falls after 11 countries of the world in population count.

The company’s line of business includes Document Management Services (DMS), Prinitng Management Services (PMS) and IT and IT enabled Services (ITeS). Their main areas of focus are government, BFSI, utility, aviation and hospitals.

Products offered:

a) Human Capital Management (HCM) - (In Advance Stage of Development)

A complete ERP package for HRD department comprising of Payroll, Establishment, Rulebook, System Administration, Employee Online, Vigilance, Income Tax, GPF accounting and reports . It is an online; window based; exceedingly user-friendly system built on reliable and advanced client-server architecture using Relational Data Base Management System concept.

b) E-Edministrator - (In Advance Stage of Development)

The prestigious and much awaited School Management Information System, in the developing stage, which will automate all the business process of schools. This software is deemed to be a boon for the education industry as it is a complete and comprehensive ERP package for school management. This software is supported by multilingual technology.

c) Voters Identity Card Software - (Supported by Bi- lingual Technology)

In 1994, Election Commission of India had announced the massive and prestigious project of Voter's Identity Card. Since the cards were to be printed in English as well as in one regional language, Vakrangee Softwares developed the Bi-lingual technology. The company made this indigenous technology available with the Voter's Identity Card software developed for Identity Card project.

d) Matdata Suchi : Electoral Roll Management System

Vakrangee Software also developed a unique software for Computerisation of Electoral Roll for Election Commission of India. This unique software, supported by bi-lingual technology, provides various specifications for voters in all Indian regional Languages. This software is an amalgamation of Client Server and Relational Data Base Management System.

e) Voter's Data Entry Package with Online Transliteration Technology :

This software is a logical and technical outcome of the Election Commission of India's guidelines on computerization of Voter list. This software is a conglomeration of ISCII (Indian Standard Code for Information Interchange) technology and Relational Data Base Management System concepts. It is capable of handling and manipulating huge voluminous data quickly and effortlessly.

f) Cyber Saver:

This unique internet application software is based on a unique internet time saving and information gathering technique. One can remain on the net even on disconnecting the internet connection.

Subsidiaries:

The company formed a wholly owned subsidiary – E-Doc – to provide consultancy services in document output management and business process services, generating revenues through its intellectual capital and to act as a supplier-neutral service provider.

In March 2009, the board of directors of the company considered, transacted and approved the incorporation of a 100% wholly owned subsidiary company at Philippines, Manila.
