ICRA has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2015 have reappointed Naresh Takkar as Managing Director and CEO of the Company for a period of five years commencing from July 02, 2015 and valid till July 01, 2020, and also extended the tenure of Takkar as CEO of ICRA Group for a period of five years commencing from the date of appointment that is January 30, 2015 and valid till January 29, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
