This property is situated at Revenue Village, Mahajan Wadi, Taluka and District Thane, near Dahisar within the jurisdiction of Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation.

Man Vastucon LLP will undertake the development of the property primarily for residential housing and share the gross sales realizations with Conwood DB JV in the agreed ratio.
