Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 30, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited-Employee Share Dealing Code (Code), the Trading Window will be closed from July 08, 2015. The same would open for trading from August 03, 2015, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
