Gabriel India has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will he held on July 30, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close its trading window for insiders covered under ‘Gabriel Additional Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’. The Said trading window closure commenced from July 01, 2015 and will continue till 48 hours after the results are made public on July 30, 2015.
