Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised their stake in KNR Constructions by 50 basis points to 1.35 percent at the end of June 2015 from 0.85 percent as on March 31, 2015. Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have also raised their shareholding in the company by 428 basis points to 25.05 percent at the end of June 2015 from 20.77 percent as on March 31, 2015.
Non Institutions were holding 12.74 percent stake at the end of June 2015, down 12 basis points from 12.86 percent as on March 31, 2015, while Corporate bodies were holding 3.05 percent stake at the end of June 2015, up 28 basis points from 2.77 percent as on March 31, 2015.
Indian promoters have reduced shareholding in the company by 466 basis points to 60.86 percent at the end of June 2015 from 65.52 percent as on March 31, 2015.
