Yes Bank gains on completing placement of Basel III Tier II bonds

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 806.90, up by 9.55 points or 1.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 797.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 809.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 820.00 and Rs. 802.35 respectively. So far 181691 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 910.00 on 04-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 502.20 on 14-Jul-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 877.90 and Rs. 792.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 33964.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.06% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 65.71% and 12.23% respectively.

Yes Bank has successfully raised Rs 554.2 crore of Basel III compliant Tier II bonds. The issue was rated  AA+ hyb by ICRA and AA+ by CARE. The issue closed on June 29, 2015 and witnessed strong demand from leading investors including several Insurance companies and pension & Provident Funds, resulting in a total subscription of Rs 554.2 crore. The said bonds are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and were raised at a coupon rate of 9.15%, with a tenor of 10 years.
