Kuppuswamy PSG & Co., LLP as Statutory Auditors of the Company, Appointment of P B Vijayaraghavan & Co., as Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and Resignation of R. Narayanan as Director. Independent Directors had convened a separate meeting and evaluated the performance of the Board.
