Manappuram Finance has informed that with reference to the company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of company shall remain closed during period from July 17, 2015 to August 18, 2015 in connection with the meeting of board of directors which is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015. Accordingly all the Insiders and others who is in possession unpublished price sensitive information are hereby directed to stop trading the securities of the company during the period of closure of trading window as mentioned above.
