New Delhi Television has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2015 to July 30, 2015 for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 07, 2015. Further, as mandated by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e - voting and voting at the AGM has been fixed for July 31, 2015 in respect of our AGM scheduled for August 07, 2015.
