Man Infraconstruction gains as its arm to sign MoU for redevelopment of buildings in Mumbai

Man InfraConstruction is currently trading at Rs 46.30, up by 0.15 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs 46.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 46.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 46.90 and Rs. 46.20 respectively. So far 94804 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 52.15 on 25-May-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.10 on 21-Oct-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 48.45 and Rs. 44.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1149.64 crore.

Man Realtors and Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction is in the process of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for redevelopment of additional 3 buildings under MHADA redevelopment at Naidu Colony, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai. The saleable area of the Project will increase by approx. 1 Lakh square feet (sq ft).

Man Infraconstruction is a construction company with over 5 decades of experience in providing construction services for Port infrastructure, Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Road infrastructure Projects.
