Hero MotoCorp has launched two new motorcycles - the new Hero Xtreme Sports and new Hero Passion PRO. Xtreme Sports is priced at Rs. 71,729 and Passion PRO at Rs. 49,450 ex-showroom Hyderabad.
The Xtreme Sports is powered by a 149.2cc air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder engine, producing a power output of 15.6 BHP at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 13.5 Nm at 7000 rpm. It offers a powerful engine paired with aggressive street fighter styling.
The New Hero Passion PRO has a 97.2 CC engine and delivers a power output of 6.15 kW at 8000 rpm and maximum torque of 8.05 Nm at 5000 rpm. It comes with power start, front side cowl and digital-analog combo meter, improving the visibility of the instrument cluster.
Hero MotoCorp is the World’s single largest two-wheeler motorcycle company. Honda Motor Company of Japan and the Hero Group entered a joint venture to setup Hero Honda Motors in 1984. Hero Honda Motors changed its name to Hero MotoCorp following the exit of its erstwhile Japanese promoter, Honda, from the company.
