Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the of Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of trading hours on July 20, 2015 till the close of trading hours on August 13, 2015.
