Dish TV India has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) and three months period ended June 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. In accordance with Insider Trading Code 2015 of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company, is closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015, from the open of trading hours of July 01, 2015, and shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 that is close of trading hours of July 30, 2015.
