NK Industries has purchased 100% equity of Banpal Oilchem through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated July 18, 2015 as a part of out of court settlement of an earlier dispute with the said entity presently pending before Civil Court. Pursuant to such investment, Banpal Oilchem has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
NK Industries is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and export of castor oil and edible oil. The company first extracts the castor oil and then refines it at its plant.
