Engineers India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 19, 2015 to August 25, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 25, 2015. Further, the Final Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on or from August 31, 2015, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on August 25, 2015. The Dividend Warrants would be posted on or after August 31, 2015 and within the prescribed period.
