Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd (HDO) has been awarded Rs 267.7 crore worth orders across sectors of metals and minerals, environmental and manufacturing of heat exchangers and pressure vessels for hydrocarbon, including an order from Indian Oil for its new project.

 

The IOC, Paradip, order is worth Rs 180 crore for a ultra filtration-based demineralisation plant and condensate polishing unit. IOC is setting up an integrated refinery complex of 15 million tonnes per annum at Paradip, to be completed in 16 months.

 

HDO will be responsible for project management, design and engineering and related works for the water and condensate recovery plants. The company now has an order book of Rs 1,500 crore, of this Rs 600 crore is in the environmental business and Rs 750 crore in the mineral sector and the rest is accounted by manufacturing.
