Further, as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ‘Trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from July 27, 2015 to August 02, 2015. The trading window will be opened from August 03, 2015.
