Further, as per the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 22, 2015 (Wednesday) for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. The Trading Window shall re-open from the start of business hours on August 01, 2015.
