Engineers India has informed that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter dated July 14, 2015 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for nomination of Sandeep Poundrik, Joint Secretary (Refinery), Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India as Government Director on the Board of the Company. Accordingly he has been inducted on the Board of EIL as Director (Government Nominee) with effect from July 14, 2015.
