Bosch is planning to invest Rs 400 crore in its Chennai facility, which currently manufactures washing machines. Currently, front-loading washing machines are manufactured at the facility and it has a capacity to produce over 300,000 units a year. The Chennai plant is spread over an area of 42 acres.
