Vinati Organics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 01, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (VOL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, July 24, 2015 till Monday, August 03, 2015 that is completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors, Auditors and designated employees etc as per VOL Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
