KEC International has completed the sale of its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation for a total consideration of Rs 82.3 crore. The telecom assets, consisting of 381 telecom sites, are in the states of Chhattisgarh, Meghalya and Mizoram.
KEC International is a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) major. It has a presence in the verticals of power transmission, power systems, cables, railways, telecom and water.
